Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings, memberships, events, mobile sauna rentals, merchandise, and services purchased through www.nordhaven.club or in person at Nord Haven Sauna and Cold Plunge LLC.
By placing a booking or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non refundable. This includes:
• Sauna sessions
• Cold plunge sessions
• Day passes
• Group bookings
• Mobile sauna rentals
• Memberships
• Gift cards
• Merchandise
• Special events
• Packages or bundles
Nord Haven does not offer refunds for any reason unless specifically stated in writing.
2. No Refunds for Missed or Late Appointments
Refunds or credits are not offered for:
• Missed appointments
• Late arrivals
• Early departures
• Scheduling mistakes
• Incorrect date or time selection
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
3. No Refunds for Weather or Outdoor Conditions
Nord Haven operates in various weather conditions. No refunds or credits are issued for:
• Rain
• Snow
• Heat
• Cold
• Wind
• Other weather or environmental factors
Sessions will proceed unless operations are unsafe.
4. No Refunds for Rule or Policy Violations
Refunds or credits are not issued if you are removed from the premises for:
• Intoxication
• Unsafe behavior
• Violating safety rules
• Harassment or disrespect
• Property damage
• Failure to follow staff instructions
Nord Haven may remove individuals from the property at any time for safety reasons.
5. Mobile Sauna Rental Policy
All mobile sauna rental payments are final. No refunds are issued for:
• Cancellations
• Weather issues
• Travel delays
• Inability to access property
• Failure to operate the stove safely
• Guest behavior or misconduct
Delivery fees, towing fees, and damage fees are also non refundable.
6. Memberships and Packages
Membership purchases are final and non refundable. This includes:
• Monthly memberships
• Multi visit passes
• Promotional packages
• Seasonal memberships
Memberships may not be paused, transferred, or credited unless Nord Haven provides written authorization.
7. Gift Cards
Gift card sales are final. Gift cards:
• Cannot be refunded
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred without written approval
8. Merchandise Policy
Merchandise sales are final. Nord Haven does not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective upon receipt. A defective item must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with proof of purchase.
9. Cancellations by Nord Haven
If Nord Haven must cancel a session or close operations due to maintenance, safety issues, or other business related needs, Nord Haven may offer:
• A complimentary reschedule, or
• A credit toward a future visit
Refunds are provided only at the sole discretion of Nord Haven management.
