Guests may use small walkers in the lounge area if space allows.
3. Areas With Accessibility Limitations
Due to the physical design, size, and heat equipment of our sauna units, the following limitations apply:
Sauna Accessibility
• Wheelchairs cannot fit inside the saunas because the interior space is too tight.
• Walkers and canes do not fit inside due to limited clearance.
• Sauna doors contain steps and thresholds that cannot be modified.
• Safety codes and the presence of high heat equipment prevent structural changes or ADA modifications.
Cold Plunge Accessibility
• Cold plunges require stepping in and out using steps.
• There are no support rails or lift systems.
• Guests who require physical assistance must bring their own support person, since staff cannot physically assist with mobility or transfers.
Pathways
• The outdoor path leading to the sauna units is not smooth or level and is not suitable for wheelchairs or some mobility devices.
We want all guests to know these limitations before booking a session.
4. Website Accessibility
Our website includes:
• Readable text and simple page layouts
• Forms for booking and waiver completion
• Compatibility with common assistive software for basic browsing
• No videos or animations that require captions
Guests must use the website to complete required waivers and booking forms.
