• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances
• Not have any medical condition that makes sauna or cold plunge use unsafe

Nord Haven is not responsible for health issues that occur due to undisclosed medical conditions.

3. Booking and Payment

By booking a session or event, you authorize Nord Haven to process payment through the platform used on the website.
Payments must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

You agree that:
• All bookings are final
• Prices may change at any time
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information

Nord Haven may cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary due to maintenance or safety concerns.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. This includes:
• Missed appointments
• Late arrivals
• Early departure
• Weather related issues
• Violations of rules or safety policies

Credits or refunds may be offered only at the full discretion of Nord Haven.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in:
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Competitive endurance challenges
• Harassment or disrespectful conduct
• Vandalism or damage to property
• Entering restricted areas
• Ignoring staff instructions

Nord Haven may remove any individual from the premises without refund for violating the Code of Conduct.

6. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Sauna and cold plunge activities involve heat, cold, wet surfaces, and physical exertion. By participating, you agree that:
• You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or accidents
• You are responsible for monitoring your physical condition
• You will not exceed safe time limits or temperatures
• You will follow all safety recommendations
• You will wear sandals in common areas to prevent infection

Nord Haven is not responsible for slips, falls, burns, overheating, cold shock, infections, or any health conditions that occur before, during, or after participation.

7. Damage to Property

You agree to take full responsibility for any damage you cause to:
• Saunas
• Cold plunge equipment
• Furniture
• Tents or structures
• Fire stove or heating components
• Personal property belonging to others

Nord Haven may charge repair or replacement fees as needed.

8. Personal Belongings

Nord Haven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items including phones, jewelry, wallets, bags, or clothing.

Please secure all valuables before entering any sauna or cold plunge area.

9. Waiver and Release

By using Nord Haven services, you agree to:
• Release Nord Haven Sauna and Cold Plunge LLC from all claims related to participation
• Waive any right to sue for injuries, damages, or losses
• Indemnify Nord Haven for claims brought by guests or others you bring to the property

This waiver applies to all activities hosted or provided by Nord Haven.

10. Media and Photography

By attending Nord Haven events or sessions, you grant the company permission to use photos or videos taken during your visit for marketing or promotional purposes unless you specifically request exclusion in writing.

11. Third Party Links and Services

The website may include links to third party services such as payment platforms, scheduling apps, or social media.
Nord Haven is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or actions of third party sites.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.
